OUR MENUS

Our set menus reflects our terroir: garden herbs, Gigha milk, Kintyre eggs, Knapdale venison and beef, Kilberry lamb, and fresh seafood landed daily in Tarbert. Our menu philosophy is rooted in nature, it is based on the fisherman’s fortune, the farmer’s harvest, the beekeeper’s yield, and the gamekeeper’s bounty.

We are committed to using our home-grown produce as much as possible. When this isn’t an option, we make it a priority to source from local suppliers within our west coast community and leading suppliers in Scotland. 
We also offer a selection of interesting wines, local beers, Scottish gins, and whisky from various regions, particularly from our Campbeltown and island neighbours.

We offer a choice of two menus to cater to our guests’ preferences and to ensure a variety of culinary experiences for those lodging at the Inn over multiple days.

Our Chef ’s Menu showcases our commitment to culinary excellence and uses some produce from the Estate, neighbouring farms and local suppliers. We employ the freshest and most interesting produce to express our unique terroir and to reflect the maritime, climatic and other influences which make Knapdale such a special place.

Our Bib Gourmand Menu is all about 
offering great food at affordable prices. As the only restaurant on the West Coast holding a Michelin Bib Gourmand award, we are committed to the long-standing tradition of Innkeeping and wish to ensure all our guests can enjoy classic dishes and our hospitality regardless of budget.
