OUR SEASONAL MENU

Our seasonal set menu reflects our terroir: garden herbs, Gigha milk, Kintyre eggs, Knapdale venison and beef, Kilberry lamb, and fresh seafood landed daily in Tarbert. 

Our menu philosophy is rooted in nature, it is based on the fisherman’s fortune, the farmer’s harvest, the beekeeper’s yield, and the gamekeeper’s bounty.

We are committed to using our home-grown produce as much as possible. When this isn’t an option, we make it a priority to source from local suppliers within our west coast community.

We also offer a selection of interesting wines, local beers, Scottish gins, and whisky from various regions, particularly from our Campbeltown and island neighbours.

– Wine pairing: £40 pp.

Presented below is a sample of our seasonal menu. We alternate between two menus to ensure a variety of culinary experiences for our lodging guests staying multiple days.
